Returns + Exchanges
Thank you so much for supporting Oats the Label! As all our garments are made to order by Bridie and her Mumma, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
However, we are more than happy to exchange your item for a different size, (please note this is in the same garment and colour only) within 10 days of receiving your order. Item must be returned in original condition, and postage is at customers cost.
Please note that our sizing guide is only a GUIDE please include your measurements in your order to assist us in getting the correct fit.
Please note that if you order a CUSTOM GARMENT there is no refund OR exchange available.
If you would like to exchange your item, please email email@example.com to notify us (Please allow 24 hours for a response, emails are unable to be answered on a Monday or Tuesday)
We strive to deliver you the finest quality in handmade fashion, however, things sometimes go wrong! So, if your Garment has a MANUFACTURING FAULT* please notify us via firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the fault, and a clear description for assessment.
All garments with an agreed* Manufacturing fault* will be refunded in full with postage covered by Oats.
When you post your item back to us, please fill in the below form and include in your parcel with a PREPAID AUS POST satchel for us to return your new order to you.
Please contact us prior to purchase if you are unsure about sizing, colour or fabric options.
Agreed* refers to a mutual agreement between Oats the Label and the Customer.
Manafacturing Fault* A “manufacturing defect” is a problem that becomes part of the product when it is made by the manufacturer.
