Returns + Exchanges


Thank you so much for supporting Oats the Label! As all our garments are made to order, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind. However, we are more than happy to exchange your item if it does not fit. Item must be returned in original condition, and postage is at customers cost. 

Please note that if you order a CUSTOM GARMENT there is no refund OR exchange available. 

Items must be sent back within 10 days of you recieving your item.

If you would like to exchange your item, please email  hello@oatsthelabel to notify us. 

When you post your item back to us, please fill in the below form and include in your parcel.
